PhizzPop Minneapolis documentation

I had been waiting for some content to show up from our PhizzPop Minneapolis presentation a couple weeks ago. I do not have any personal documentation of the event, so I’m glad to see some has appeared on YouTube. Thanks to SocialWendy, for letting me see what everyone else saw, while we were on stage. The presentation starts off with a description of our project and demonstrates the web application. The surface table is about 5 minutes in. Barrett Haroldson is the main presenter, I am demonstrating the applications and our partner Andrew Charon helps me demonstrate the Surface table’s multi-user experience. Colle + McVoy Responsive Signage

To express our capabilities and make our space speak to what we do, we enhanced our existing plastic logotype with a hidden projector and camera. Mapping our projections to the space, we created sequences of illumination for the lettering and created a play between virtual and physical objects that responds to the activity of people in the space.

Cyclist Mural

As avid bikers at Colle + McVoy we rose to the occasion and created a mural, using rear-projection and top-mounted camera. We decided to show the many styles of cycling and have some fun with it!
